From Boring to Fun: Bring your Medium Profile to Life with Medium Ink
Medium Profile Page is boring!
Ever felt that your Medium profile is just static data that doesn’t tell the whole story of your creative journey? My feeling is that it is kind of boring when compared with some cool things like “Spotify wrapped” and “Twitter wrapped.” Recently, I was involved in an open-source project for an AI search assistant, and I thought it would be a good idea to create a better Medium profile with this open-source project. After a few days of coding, here we go; I created a product called “Medium Ink,” a better Medium profile page for Medium writers.
How to create your Medium Ink?
Creating your Medium Ink is easy. Simply visit the Medium Ink homepage, enter your Medium username (e.g., “songwenx” for https://medium.com/@songwenx), and click “Get Your Medium Ink.” In under 30 seconds, your dynamic Medium Ink page will be ready. Have fun!
Why is Medium Ink different?
Medium Ink isn’t just another profile page, it’s a dynamic, data-driven recapitulation of a writer’s creative journey on Medium. Instead of merely listing the claps, followers, and published articles, Medium Ink leverages AI to transform those basic metrics into a fun and interactive narrative. It collects writer’s articles, highlighting the top posts and the trends behind them, and presents this insight in a format that celebrates a unique story as a writer.
How Medium Ink Works?
Well, technically, Medium Ink is built upon open-source software called LeetTools. The backend of this product collects publicly available data from Medium.com and uses AI to analyze and summarize a writer's most popular articles. Interested developers can go to LeetTools Github Repo to explore and see how you can leverage LeetTools to build powerful AI applications.
